Penthouse - How big is it?
- In the Penthouse you will have one bedroom and one study separated with a door
- When you enter he Penthouse from the stair from the second floor you will first come in to the study section
- You can bring up a 54 wide matress to the Penthouse
- The same size springbox would not go up there unless you can take it appart
- The widest rigid bject you can bring up through the stair is about 44 inches, The matress is flexible and can therefore be a little wider and still go up
- The entire house has central a/c, but the penthouse has its own strong a/c. In rochester this is needed only a few days per year - but it is good to have when it is 90 degree - even if only a few days per year
