Renovation - Each homes has been meticulously renovated before it is made available to the students. Renovation
can range from a complete painting to brand new additions with significant enlargement of the living space.
Kitchen -New kitchen have been installed in 10 homes
Baths - New bath rooms have been installed in all homes. Many student rooms have been fitted with their own private full bathroom directly of the room.
Exterior - On the outside new roofs, new siding and new thermo windows have been installed
Deck - Large back yard recreational decks have been constructed
Parking - Parking areas have been created to allow for individual parking spots for each student
Heating and cooling - New furance and central a/c have been installed where needed and possible
Windows and doors - New windows and doors have been installed in all homes
