Hi Per and Nils, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to let you know that I have vacated the apartment (205 Irvington Rd, NW Room) as of Tuesday, August 27th, with the help of my fiance. I want to express my sincere appreciation for being such a kind, responsive, and understanding landlord. Your support has made my time at the apartment a positive and enjoyable experience. I have also had the pleasure of living with some great roommates, and the good times we've shared will be fondly remembered. Please let me know if there is anything further to sort out. Thank you again for everything. Wishing you all the best. Best regards,

- Senior medical student

Hi Per, I am planning to leave at the end of my contract. Thank you very much for the past several years. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at 181 Crittenden for more than five years and it had really become a home for me. I have also really appreciated your responsiveness and care as a landlord. Sincerely, B-Y

H Per, I hope this email finds you well. Thank you for getting the sink fixed. I finished packing my stuff and the uhaul box will be removed tomorrow. I wanted to let you know I cleaned the room. The bed is still there because I told Adrian he can have it. Also, in the closet you will find the space heater. Thank you so much for letting me use it longer, it was very helpful. Thank you so much for a great stay. I had a great time in Rochester because I had such a reliable place to stay and your responsiveness was an important factor in feeling so welcome here. Best wishes,

I enjoyed the rooms and house. I also thought that you, as a landlord, were both respectful and efficient when it came to our requests/concerns regarding the house. Thank you

I really love the house and I take care of it like my own. I think this house is the best in the area, clean, light, bright and pretty. Thank you very much again.

I have been renting apartments and houses for several years now, and you are by far the most attentive landlord I have had. You provide prompt and satisfactory upkeep at all times. Integrity and honesty are your priorities, whereas many other landlords do not really care about their tenants and for some honesty is secondary to the business side of things. In addition you have kept the house in excellent condition. In short it has been a super place to live.

The landlord is a physician and he doesn't live in the house. He is very attentive to anything we need, fixes everything on time, keeps the maintenance for the house and he respects our privacy and lets us know in advance if he needs to go by the house. He is by far one of the best landlords I have ever had.

Previous tenant at 115 Irvington Rd

Located on a very nice quiet street, the house was very nicely furnished with a great dining room table, couches, chairs, tv, and anything else you could need in common living areas. The kitchen had great appliances, very new and state of the art and worked great. The whole house has very nice wood floors that look great with or without the rugs that are there. nice bathrooms, sinks, showers etc. with plenty of hot water. New washer and dryer in the basement makes life very easy. garage and beautiful deck in the backyard, couldn't ask for more.

This house is in the best possible location just one block from the Medical Center - Upper White Coat Village. Being one block away from the hospital gives you privacy and neighborhood feeling and still very close to the action. It is just wonderful - just walk to the hospital and not have to commute - winter and summer. I had one of the rooms on the third floor which had a full private bathroom - super - no wait to get a quick morning shower. The room was even sound insulated so you did not hear anything from the room next to you.

Large house with very elaborate artwork decoration, couches and dining room set. Three bathrooms for the tenants rooms and a powder room on the first floor makes it a very convient place to live. Deck in the back where we had many friends over. Nice quiet street. The kitchen just got a huge new fridge. The whole house has very nice refinished hard wood floors that look great with or without the rugs that are there. Washer and dryer in the basement makes life very easy. Garage for two cars - this was a super place to live.

My room is fantastic - large, private, quite, clean and in mint condition. The area is safe and we are located a short walk to the school and the other tenants are all here to study. I have a private bathroom and a large walk in closet. The rent is very reasonable for what I get. I can concentrate on my studies. Everything here is first class student rental.

This house is located on a very piecful and family oriented street three blocks from the U of R Medical Center - just enough to get privacy from the hospital and still be very close. It is super to just have a five minutes walk in the morning when you are always late to class or clinic. The house has 4.5 bathrooms so never any wait for a quick morning shower. Hardwood floor in the entire house with nice area rugs. Large deck in the back facing south. Double garage with remote. Brand new kitchen and extra fridge in basement. I liked the place a lot and would highly recommend for anyone related to the Medical Center or U of R.

I've done extensive research on the housing options for University of Rochester Medical and Nursing students and this is definitely the best I've seen. There are other houses in the area but just take a brief look and you will see that these houses stands out for location, quality of living, features and maintenance.

I really had a good time in Rochester and I enjoyed staying in the house. It was very convenient because it's so close to the hospital. I was also glad to have internet and laundry provided. Thank you again for the new bed - it is a lot more comfortable than the old one...

Hi Per, My name is Anna and I found your information on your web site. I really liked the website, it's extremely helpful. It gives you a good feel for where to live as a U of R student related to the Medical Center.

Before I rented here I carefully looked around and it is rare to find a house in this area that has more than one bathroom. If there is the second bathroom it is often in the basement.

There are no other houses with the standard that you offer. I have never seen a rental house with one full bathroom for each student! Having furnished common area really helps when you move in from out of town. I am glad that I got a room with private full bath.

Thanks for arranging individual parking spots for all the students in the house. Having your own deidcated parking helps a lot and we don't have to move cars to get in and out - just great.

I also just want to say that you were my first landlord, and from what I hear I've been very spoiled. You have always been very responsive and fair, so thank you for the pleasurable experience.

Dear Per, I would like to thank you a lot for allowing me to stay in your house. It is very convenient, quiet, close to hospital and in a very friendly area. This the best way for me to stay in Rochester during my short visit here as a fellow. I managed without a car and could walk to the hospital in less than 2 minutes.
